2. Brief
The Florfenicol rapid test strip is used for testing Florfenicol
residue in milk(including pure milk and fresh milk) and goat milk
qualitatively. The whole test only need 8min, east to operate with
high sensitivity.

5. Florfenicol Rapid Milk Test Kit Principle
The Florfenicol rapid test strip is based on competitive inhibition
immuno-chromatographic principle. In the flow process, Florfenicol
in the sample combined with Florfenicol specific colloidal
gold-labeled monoclonal antibody, Inhibit the combination between
antibody and Florfenicol-BSA conjugate on Test line of NC membrane,
lead to the color change of Test line. When the sample has no
Florfenicol residue or concentration lower than detection limit, T
line is darker then C line; when the concentration is equal to or
higher than detection limit, T line is lighter than C line or T
line has no color or T line has same color with C line. No matter
whether there is Florfenicol residue in sample, C line will appear,
it means the test is valid.
6. Operation procedures
6.1 Please read the manual carefully before use. Return the test
strips and samples to be used to room temperature.
6.2 Take out the required bottle from the kit, take out the
required microwell, mark it accordingly, please use it within 1
hour. Remember to seal the lid to avoid moisture.
6.3 Use a micropipette to take 200ul of the sample into the
microwell, pipette 5 times repeatedly, mix the sample with the
reagent in the microwell, until there is no solid as judged by the
naked eye (this is a very important step).
6.4 Incubate at 40±2°C for 3 minutes. Then insert the test strip
into the microwell and place the end with the MAX in the liquid.
6.5 Insert the test strip into the liquid for 5 minutes, then read
the result.

8. Precautions
1) Please use test strips at room temperature, do not use expired
test strips.
2) Cap the bottle immediately after removing the reagent. If the 8
microwells cannot be used up at one time, cover the microwells
immediately, put them back in the bottle, and store them in an
airtight container.
3) Do not touch the white film surface in the middle of the test
strip, avoid direct sunlight and direct blowing of fans.
4) The milk sample should be completely liquid without any lumps,
sourness and sedimentation.
5) Use the test strip again for a positive result.
9. Specificity
This product has no cross-reaction with Quinolones, Sulfonamides
and Tetracyclines etc.
10. Storage and expiry date
Storage: Store at 2-8 ℃ in dark, sealed, dry place, no frozen.
Expiry date: 12 months; date of production is on box.
